Carousel not working with templates

Hello, 

I am trying to add carousel to a template but it is not loading properly on the posts.

In the Brizy preview, the carousel shows properly

but when you preview or update, the page doesn't load properly. Notably the bottom parts of the carousel do not show up, (all the way to the footer of the page in mobile.)

Secondly,

The carousel navigation also doesn't work, it shows on the Brizy back end...

But on the front end, it doesn't have the navigation.

  Hi,

  1 - Regarding the first issue - how did you add the images? If you add them in the background, yes, you will see only a part of the image because the column where is the image doesn't have set some height and the height of it depends by the height of the near column placed on the same row. If you want to see the images in the full height, you have to add them in the Image element.

  2 - Regarding the second issue - I tried to reproduce this inconvenience but all worked fine. Could you please check if you have more than 3 columns in the carousel element? If you have more than 3 columns and you still not see the arrows and dots, could you please check if you have the latest version for Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Pro (2.0.4)? Also, if you deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you still have the same problem? Could you send us the URL link where we can check this inconvenience? If you don't want to make public the URL, let us know about this and we will delete them before approving the comment.

  Thanks for the reply. 

  I believe you misunderstood my 1st issue

  I am not having issues with the images... Far from it....

  My issue is that the carousel element doesn't render well with templates. 

  Once again, the 1st image I have is the carousel in the Brizy builder and the 2nd image is the front end. Ignore the image, it has nothing to do with my issue. The issue is that the carousel isn't rendering properly and isn't showing me the navigation arrows/dots which is what my 2nd issue is about. 

  My Brizy versions are up to date, and no plugin is causing this effect. 

  When you ran your test, did you run carousel on templates OR you ran carousel on a post/page. In one sentence, carousel element renders well on a post/page but when used with templates, it doesn't render well. That's my issue.   Hi,

  In this case, is only one issue. Yes, I tested the carousel into the template as you reported that you find this problem there. See here. Could you please check if you recreate the carousel, do you receive the same problem?

  Please send the front end screenshot. It looks/works ok on the Brizy builder but renders badly on the front end is the issue.
