Form: front end says email is sent successfully but no email got in to the designated email nor leads section

Hi, i have multiple forms set in my website, all using Brizy's contact form element and all should have sent notification via wordpress. When i checked in front end, filled the the forms & send it, almost all of them doesn't work. The designated email doesn't receive any email notification of the filled forms except one. And it looks super weird, screenshot below.

I filled up the actual form with correctly with email and paragraphed text. Yet what i got seem to only be the name for every fields.

It's weird enough that this form sent me notification while all other forms don't. But then when i tried to fill up the form the second time, it doesn't work anymore, no notification got in.

I already use WP Mail SMTP with cpanel, email tests works fine and woocommerce new order notifications works fine as well. Therefore i think the problem might be with the brizy forms.

WordPress version 5.5
Current theme: OceanWP (version 1.8.6)
Current plugin: Brizy (version 2.0.6)
PHP version 7.3.21

  Yes, we know about this problem. We already fixed this problem and in the next update, we will release the fix for this problem. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!
