email doesn't forward input from form

Hi - I am not getting my form to send email - using the "wp" mode. It is a simple settings issue, I know..............where can I send the login info? 

Thank you so much for your assistance. The email should forward to lsvoffice1@gmail.com

  the issue shifted: The form works now, BUT, I am unable to "uncheck" gmail as mail app - as my preference is to use WP for mail.

  Hi Peter,

  unfortunately, there is no option to uncheck a send method but you can duplicate the form and configure only the WP send method on the new form.
