Cannot edit certain pages from back-end. The error message says: "There has been a critical error on your website."
I cannot edit some of my pages on the back-end. When I click on edit from the back-end, I get a message that says:
"There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
However, I can click "edit with brizy" and I can edit and access the site from the front-end. The site otherwise works smoothly and looks great. Also, I got an email from wordpress warning that there is an error in my theme, The Core Parent. It gives the following error:
"Error message: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 524288 bytes)"
Things I've tried:
- Deactivating all plugins
- Deleting and reinstalling both Brizy and Brizy pro, along with deacitvating all plug ins. '
- Emptying the cache.
- Swapping themes, back and forth from child to parent, and also to default 2019 wordpress theme.
Nothing seems to work. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
Thanks for making these checks and for providing all these details.
On what pages did you encounter this error? Could you send a screenshot with this error? Are these pages edited with Brizy? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.6) and Brizy Pro (2.0.4)?Best regards,

Try to make the PHP memory limit bigger, like 512MB on PHP ini settings. And 32MB on post and etc.

Dear community, I first made the PHP memory bigger but that did not resolve the issue.
I then found a plugin called "advanced database cleaner" and after doing some clean-up, the issue was resovled. It appears that the several thousand revisions were slowing things down. In case anyone else out there has this issue.
