Brizy builder not loading

Hi Support,

The builder is not loading properly, going round and round in circles, this is when I try to edit with Brizy.

I have done the following;

1) Cleared cache

2) purged all files

3) changed browsers

Wordpress  5.4.1 

Free Version 2.0.6 

Theme Blocksy, with child theme.

I am hesitant to upgrade to Wordpress 5.5

How can I resolve this issue?

  Hi,

  When you open the Brizy editor, did you receive some error? Could you send a screenshot with the error you receive? Could you also open the Console when you have open the Editor and it is loading? Could you send us a screenshot with what it is displaying?

  Also, could you please deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate one WP default theme?

  Apologies, seem I did not reply.

   

  We are still having the same issue.

   

  Attached is a screenshot of what i am getting, this is the same for when de-activating everything.

   

  Latest version of WordPress and brizy instaled.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your reply. Could you please check if you have the same problem if you activate the WP default theme? If you notice that the problem is solved, could you please check if you have the latest version of the Blocksy theme and plugins' theme?

  Thanks for the reply, it did not notify me you had replied.

  I made a copy of the site, went back to WP Default and the same issue persisted.

  Everything was up to date at the moment of testing.

  Hi, Sandra a bit more info.

  If I create a new page and make it live, the issue is the same where it is just stuck going round in circles.

  If I create a new post, save it and immediately go in it with Brizy, Brizy works (when it is in draft mode)

  If a post is live, I cannot enter it with Brizy. If I then make that post a draft again, Brizy works.

  Seems that there is a problem when anything is live, when in draft it can be worked around.
