  Hi! No I cannot login. I input my user and password, it says successfully logged but I have no projects. My website disappeared.

  Hi,

  Could you please send us the URL link of the site? Maybe you created it in another account or in the guest user. If it was created in another account then we will be able to identify in what account it is but if it was created in the guest account, I'm sorry to say but we will not be able to recover it.

  one more change to my account. now my name disappeared and the support tickets are not anymore in contribution. 

  my account email is tiberiu.socaci@me.com and my website is www.synrgy.ml 

   

  To be honest I was very excited about brizy cloud, now I am kind of afraid...

  Hi, Tiberiu,

  We found that the www.synrgy.ml site was created in the tiberiu.socaci@gmail.com account. Also, the first emails you send us and where you have the "Tiberiu Socaci" name, was sent from the tiberiu.socaci@gmail.com account. The last 2 comments, where you have the "zaybzghtstgymdgaicbztjmanmha" name was sent from the tiberiu.socaci@me.com account. Therefore, I suppose that you have created 2 accounts, one with tiberiu.socaci@gmail.com email and another with tiberiu.socaci@me.com email. Could you please check both?
