SSL not issued or got issue even after 2 days.

Hi, I don't see option to open support ticket. I see post option and it doesn't have any privacy control. Let me know where is support ticket option.

For the below site I see SSL not issued or got error. Please take a look. Right now it shows it has all the records in brizy cloud.

  Also, could you check if you have the Current Data from DNS settings are marked with green? https://jmp.sh/swVfiyL

  This community and Facebook community is the main source where you can get the Brizy support. Here you can find faster the answer to your question. For example, if you encounter a problem, you can search it here and find the answer. If you have a common problem that other users face it, you can find the causes that generate that problem and solutions. In such a way, you will not wait some hours (we guarantee support in 24 hours, the exception can be some holidays and days when we release a new update) when we will get in touch with you with the answer but will find it in maximum 1 hour. Also, here you can interact with other Brizy users and help each other with solutions and suggestions.
  In cases when we found that the problem is a bit complex and hard to reproduce on our test sites, we ask for the WP, FTP or Cpanel credentials to check the behaviour of the problem directly from the user's dashboard. For these cases, we create a private ticket and in such a way the user can be secure that his data are sent privately.
