Compatibility with Ocean WP - Headers

Hi,

We are currently building an ecommerce site combining Ocean WP theme and Brizy Pro page builder. There is an option on the theme to build a Brizy header, save it in a library and use it as a custom header through the theme so that it shows on all pages and posts. We are having trouble getting this to work. We have raised it in a support forum but were wondering if you had any ideas as I know Ocean WP is one of your preferred themes?

  Could you please give us more details regarding the problem you encounter? How did you create the header and how did you set it. Some screenshots will help us to better understand the problem.

  Hi Sandra,

   

  Of course. So we created a Brizy header in the My Library area on the Ocean WP Theme Panel (screenshot 1).

  

  The header looked as it should in Screenshot 2 - this is how it appears in the library template.

  

  I then set a 'Custom Header' in customise. I selected the template which I had called 'Custom Header' but it doesn't display on the front end of the site. See screenshot 3.

  

  I then created another template which is identical. This is called Brizy #897. This does display on the front end when selected but it looks broken. See screenshot 4.

  

  Are you able to help at all? I suspect it's a theme issue but I thought it may be worth asking as Brizy support has always been really good.

  I should also point out that I can get the header to show as it should on a normal Brizy page but as it's an e-commerce website and we're using the Ocean WP theme I can't really set the header as we normally would.

  Hi,

  We checked this situation with one of our developers. He said that depends a lot by how adapted is the theme with Brizy. The theme can't recognize our code and for this reason, can not appear or appear with missing CSS. In this case, we recommend talking with the theme and ask them regarding this because on their Documentation they say that you can create the item in Media Library with any page builder.
  It is a complex question and can we suppose that this problem can be related to that Brizy blocks can't be displayed in non-Brizy pages.

  Thank you so much for this. I had noticed that in the theme documentation which was part of the draw so probably am better speaking to them. Really do appreciate your help with this though.
