    Hi,

Could you please check if on the mobile mode you didn't have some padding or margins between column/rows. Also, check if you don't have on the mobile mode the border to the columns. If you didn't find something, please send us the URL link of the page you find this inconvenience.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have double-checked and it still shows the line.

How do I share the site privately?

You can share it here and before approving the comment we will delete the URL link.

    Thanks!

Could you please use other responsive simulators? I checked on 2 mobile devices and both looked fine.
iPhone XS Max Chrome - https://jmp.sh/2KiCzSg
iPhone XS Max Safari - https://jmp.sh/fITE9Fh
    Samsung S8 - https://jmp.sh/xjHG1Vn
    Chrome simulator - https://jmp.sh/kW2j2na

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I asked for the URL not to be shown!!!!! I can see it when not logged in.

    The line is still visible.

    Hi,

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I already repaired this inconvenience and deleted the all other instances where appeared the name of your URL. This post was viewed only by you and our Support team.
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this problem on our devices. I tried again and the same view. All are displayed fine https://jmp.sh/KAe2c5l.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

This issue is still occurring.  The site is live so you can go to *** and see for yourself.

Responsive viewers/replicators do not show this issue, it appears only on actual iPhones in both on Safari and Chrome Browsers.

I am using the latest Brizy Pro & Free.

My client has shared me images from his iPhone X (latest) and I have now got an iPhone S to test it and it occurs.

    Hi,

Yes, now, we can see the problem you reported but it is a bit strange issue and hard to replicate because it is a half-pixel problem. We can't reproduce it and we can't say why it is happening. We suppose it is caused by the Image element. Could you please make sure that the image element doesn't have the negative padding or margins? If it has, could you please set them to 0?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

This is still an issue. It has not been fixed in today's update.

My previous post is still pending.

    Hi, Charlie,

I'm sorry for the late response but unfortunately, we didn't receive your previous message. We will investigate this with our manager.

Regarding the problem with the image and line between columns - could you please recreate try to recreate that block in another test page? There please, add an empty block. In that empty block add the row element. When you will add the row element you will have also 2 columns. In the first column add the text you need and in the second add the image element. Could you please check if this problem still appears? Could you send us the URL of this test page to check it too? We will not make it public.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

If I share the login, someone can have a look at the backend and see why it is happening.  I have recreated the site from scratch and the problem occurs again. Remember it only can be seen on real iPhones, not simulators. Also, you will see the text is left not justified.

    Hi, Charlie,

I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
