parallax not working

I've set the block under the menu for fixed parallax on this page, but it's not working:https://www.transformyourlifepodcast.com/

I'm using the same settings I used on another page that DOES work https://www.successconsultingservices.com/

Any tips on how to fix this? Thanks

  Hi,

  The parallax is better viewed when on the background of the block is set an image. Could you please add an image and check the parallax?
