My project has disappeared in my dashboard
Hello,
I created a free site page last year. I registered at the end of July 2019.
I would point out that I was not in Guest mode. Then I edited my site in mirroring. That still works.
During the past year, I have already made changes without worry.
To update information, I wanted to reconnect to the source yesterday but when I connect, I have nothing in my Dashboard. No project appears.
I found the address of my site which should be:

But the link is broken: Error 404 Not Found
In order to answer me, what do you need?

Hi,
I'm sorry but I don't know how to work the process of creating the site in mirroring but if the site was created in the guest account, after deleting cookies or cache from the browser the site is deleted. The guest account was created to check some feature, options, UI, UX and other details of the Cloud builder. Therefore we don't recommend to create projects in the Guest account.
We tried to find the project you send us but it isn't found in our database. This means that it was deleted over 3 months ago or never existed.Best regards,

Hello,
I insist on saying that I was not a Guest account but well registered !!! I published my site in Server Sync as offered by your services in September 2019. There is still some time, I had access to my site in admin. And suddenly nothing. Can you look in my profile to find the last site published? I only published one. I can't imagine you deleting content without warning… Thank you for your help.

Hi,
You said that you published the site using the Server Sync method, could you send us the URL link of the live site? Also, if you published it using Server Sync then you should receive a zip folder, could you please send it to us?
