License Expired

Hi,

 

I tried updated Brizy Pro and it won't let me. I keep getting message that the license key had expired. Even if I try generating a completely new license, it still gives me the same message. This only happens with one of the websites, all the other websites are working perfectly fine. 

Would you be able to help me with this? Thank you!

  Hi,

  Could you please delete the Brizy Pro plugin from the dashboard and try to upload it manually? We encounter some problems with the licenses but already fixed them in the last Brizy updates.

  The Brizy Pro 2.0.3 you can download from your account. Please log-in your Brizy account https://www.brizy.io/account/login and from the Start page, you will be able to download the Brizy Pro 2.0.3.

  I only have the option to download either Brizy 2.0.6 or Brizy Cloud. There is no Brizy Pro download button. That's why I asked for you to send me the download link.

  Maybe, your license is expired and if you want to continue having the access to future Brizy updates and features, you have to renew the license. When did you purchase the Brizy license? What package did you get? With what email did you get the Brizy Pro license?

  Looks like it did expire.

  The last invoice was on Aug 12, 2019. Order#8958252-5651102, Brizy Pro Studio, email marketing@atlassnholding.com

  How do I renew the license? Can you guys charge the card you have on file and renew the license for me?

  Hi,

  We checked the Order Id of the purchase and find that you cancelled the subscription and therefore you weren't billed automatically. Now, you can buy again the Brizy Pro license and from the new card but we recommend to do this with the same email, to keep the same account. In case you register a new email, you have to create another Brizy account with that email. Also, I want to inform you that if you bought the Brizy from one card or account, we can't change the payment method.

  Sandra,

   

  I'm pretty sure that we canceled the one with marija@atlassnholding.com email, not this one. Anyhow, I bought a new Brizy Pro license and it still says that the license has expired even when I generate a new one. Why is this still happening?

  Hi,

  Our payment system is performed but not in such a way to cancel the subscription automatically :).
  Could you please check if you have the lasted version for Brizy Free (2.0.6)? If you have it, please upload manually the Brizy Pro plugin to the newest version. In the last version, we fixed some problem with the licensing system. To upload manually the Pro plugin you have to:

  1 - Delete the current version of Brizy Pro;
  2 - Go to your Brizy account;
  3 - Download the latest Brizy Pro version (2.0.4) - don't unzip the folder;
  4 - Go back to WP dashboard in Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin;
  5 - Upload the zip folder you downloaded from Brizy account;
  6 - Activate the plugin;
  7 - Activate the license, make sure that you copy the license after you opened it.
