Brizy editor not loading and footers and headers not showing

Hi there,

 

I installed the Brizy editor with the Zita theme. The site was working until I tried to update PHP version to 7.4. Broke the site and reverted back to 7.2 version.

Now Brizy editor is stuck on loading and the footer and header are not showing.

Can you please help me troubleshoot this?

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free (2.0.6) and Brizy Pro (2.0.3)? When did you encounter this problem? How did you create the header and footer? Could you please deactivate all plugins (except Brizy free and pro) and activate a WP default theme? The problem can be in one plugin or in the theme.
