Slow site performance and page loading times

By the way -- We recently migrated our site to Brizy with high hopes of 'world-class site deliverability speed', given that in your marketing it specifically mentioned a world-class CDN 'LIGHTNING FAST PAGE SPEEDS'

I was really surprised when our site monitoring platform ran a report and showed that our site performance or load times of our site is degrading dramatically.

Please see screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/O3kwOG which shows we are only getting 26% of overall site performance, and with an average page loading time of 4379ms which is very slow in the scheme of things.

 

I also tested our site performance in GTMetrix and the results were shocking, see here: https://d.pr/i/EdU7ry

 

We've optimized and resized our images and almost all images on the site are below between 30kb - 400kb.

 

As I'm sure you're well aware, that kind of performance is a major issue, especially in today's internet when people expect immediate page loading times.

I would appreciate it if you could please look into this urgently and advise: Is there some issue going on with the delivery of our pages or something else? So that the page times within 0-1s.

  Just wanted to follow up regarding this issue. Although Natalia acknowledged previously, it's already been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten any updates on this.

  Slow site performance is unacceptable in today's internet technology. This is hurting our engagements.

  We have optimized our images and we were reliant on your marketing that you had a lightning speed CDN.

  However, we tested our site on multiple platforms but the site performance, page loading time, etc is very low.

  I would appreciate if your team will come back to us with a fix.

  Just wanted to follow up regarding the site performance issue. To be honest I'm shocked and disappointed with the level of support we are receiving with important issues such as our site loading speed, performance, etc.
