    Just wanted to follow up regarding this issue. Although Natalia acknowledged previously, it's already been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten any updates on this.

    Slow site performance is unacceptable in today's internet technology. This is hurting our engagements.

    We have optimized our images and we were reliant on your marketing that you had a lightning speed CDN.

    However, we tested our site on multiple platforms but the site performance, page loading time, etc is very low.

    I would appreciate if your team will come back to us with a fix.
