HTML Export is not working for me for the past 3 days.

Hey there, cannot download the HTML export for my project in Brizy Cloud since the last 3 days. It goes to the 'Creating HTML export screen' and then the download screen comes in but the download never starts, waited for long as well. Please look into this.

  Hi,

  Could you please indicate the name of the project you try to export in HTML? Also, if you have many sub-accounts, please indicate the name of the subaccount where we can find this project.
