    Hi,

    1 - Could you please install an Autoptimze plugin and let it work? Also, could you install a Clean Cache plugin?

    2 - In such a way is working the Brizy with images. It creates 6 examples of the same image (for retina and non-retina devices: desktop, tablet and mobile). In this article, you can find more details about this.

    Sandra Prunici, i am looking at Briz as the next big thing and the best webs builder in the world. All that we have to do is to respect and consider customer feedback, both from Sales and Support.

     

    I am proposing or the use of a Live Chat service for support, we can't afford to send email because there is a website error and then wait for 2 days to get a response. The client cant afford to wait for 2 days so that i can work on the website and show him a prototype. I appreciate that we can start small, but some of the things are "must-have". Why do you have Facebook Messenger live chat for people who want to bu and who b once and not have Facebook Messenger live chat for people who encounter errors during development. I mean development is an ongoing thing but purchasing or sales is done once by one client, especially for your White Label Pro version.

    Hi,

    During the time, we experimented many ways of offering support. At the beginning when we released the Brizy we had the support on Facebook but we find it inefficient and unproffesional for a great number of users and problems. Where difficult to manage the issues and find the user who reported an issue to inform him about an update. Also, was difficult to maintain the database of the users and their issues (sometimes the URL os the chat wasn't generated correctly and we had a great headache). Therefore, we moved on the Zendesk and we had only private tickets but in a moment, we encounter that some questions have repetitive behaviours and therefore we release the Forum. At the moment we enjoy this method. 
    Here you can find faster the answer to your question. For example, if you encounter a problem, you can search it here (or in the documentation) and find the answer. If you have a common problem that other users face it, you can find the causes that generate that problem and solutions. In such a way, you will not wait some hours (we guarantee support in 24 hours, the exception can be some holidays and days when we release a new update) when we will get in touch with you with the answer but will find it in maximum 1 hour. Also, here you can interact with other Brizy users and help each other with solutions and suggestions.
    In cases when we found that the problem is a bit complex and hard to reproduce on our test sites, we ask for the WP, FTP or Cpanel credentials to check the behaviour of the problem directly from the user's dashboard. For these cases, we create a private ticket and in such a way the user can be secure that his data are sent privately.

    Optimizer the database and all still it shows more brizy stuff

    I need to bring this in MB.
