Contact Form SMTP Doesn't work

After setting up the SMTP and performed a test.

 

YOUR EMAIL WAS SENT SUCCESSFULLY

 

But in fact we receive no email at all.

 

Any idea?

  Could you please give more details regarding this issue? With what email do you want to connect the form? Did you add the password and username? Did you select the right encryption https://jmp.sh/zKE3RSC?

  Hi Sandra,

  We manage to resolve it by using the Wordpress option since the website was running on WP. 

  So we resolved the issue by using WP instead of SMTP.
