I have been trying to save a global popup template for an hour and still won't save

Hello,

 

I'm having issues with this page: https://devhistoricalbricks.kinsta.cloud/products/antique-building-materials/building-brick/

Ultimately, I need to save this popup as global, but it usually doesn't let me. And when it does let me, the global popup doesn't show up when I'm  editing another page.

I've upgraded/downgraded Wordpress, the Suki theme, and Brizy plugins, but still no luck. I also dissabled plugins with no luck. Please help!

  Hey Sandra,

  I also wanted to note that I can save new Brizy updates on this page, but they do not update when refreshing the frontend page URL. I have confirmed with hosting that this is not a browser/server/network DNS issue, so this is probably related!

  P.S. I can see new updates on other newly created pages.

  Hi,

  On the page where you can't see in preview the updates and changes you made, do you have the Search element? Could you please remove it? We have some problems with this element and now we are working to fix them.

  Hi Sandra,

  Are you talking about the search element in the Suki theme header? I removed this and cleared the cache, but still cannot see new updates made from the page editor.

  • Does still have the button linked to a popup that seems to cause the issue here
  • Does not show recent brizy page layout updates since the above has been added

  This staging page: https://staging-devhistoricalbricks.temp927.kinsta.cloud/products/antique-building-materials/building-brick/

  • Does successfully show new Brizy layout updates once I removed the button that linked to the popup

  For both of the above pages, I have removed the search functionallity from the Suki theme header, so I don't think this is related. Let me know if you have any questions!

  Hi,

  No, I asked about the Brizy search element, but if you don't have it on this page then seems this is not the problem in your case. Could you please indicate where I can find the pop-up that you suppose that generate this problem? We want to check it? What elements do you have in the pop-up?

  It seems that I am now able to save the SECTION as a global template, but I am still not able to save the POPUP as a global template. And I'd want this button to show up on multiple sections of a single page, so I don't think the global section would allow me to do so. Let me know if you need any other information!

  Yes, at the moment we have a problem with making global a pop-up and we already have an issue on this subject. Our team are investigating this problem and soon we will have a solution for it. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
