BUG: Countdown Timer

Countdown timer's timezone is NOT correct. There are so many issues listed.

The timer should not be at 59 minutes with my timezone which is central. And the minutes are synced.

I have attach a screenshot below:

Also there is no date picker... Americans use teh format of 8/11/2020, European uses 11/8/2020 this is so confusing and has cost me reputation
