Can't login to WP plugin to save to library?

Inside Brizy Pro editor (plugin, WP), when I try to save a block to reuse later, I am prompted to login to Brizy. I keep getting an error message saying incorrect password. When I reset the password following the in-editor prompts and use the new password to try to login through the plugin, I get the same error. What's going on?

  Hi,

  Did you encounter this problem on other pages? How we can reproduce this issue? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.5) and Brizy Pro (2.0.2)? Could you send us a screenshot with the issue you encounter?

  And I have exactly the same problem. I changed my password 5 times, but it didn't work out. Just click on Skip and the template is saved in WP Brizy

  Could you guide us to reproduce this problem? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.5) and Brizy Pro (2.0.2)? Could you send us a screenshot with the issue you encounter? What browser did you use?

  Hi, I also cannot login with my brizy credentials to save layouts and the create new account also does not work.

  Hi Elizabeth,

  Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.23 and Brizy Pro 2.3.17? Have you tried to change the password?

  I am using the latest version of both. I've tried to create a new account while on wordpress, it fails. I can login to your site with no problem.

  Hi,

  Just checked it and works well for us so it could be something specific to your installation. Could you please send us a screen recording of the editing attempts to see exactly what the problem is? What error message appears? Do you have any optimization plugins? Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

  btw: an update has been made in the meantime so please update the plugins to Free 2.3.25 and PRO 2.3.18
