How do I change the URL's page name?

I can not get back to the basic editor to change the URL's name of the page. As of now it display's "page=numeral characters"?

  Hi,

  If you want to change the permalink of a WP page, you have to go into the WP edit mode of a page and change the URL slug from "Permalink" https://jmp.sh/BhJ9L8X.

  If you want to change the way is formated the URL link of a page, you have to go into the WP settings (Settings -> Permalinks) and change this.
