Video Size - Can you confirm maximum size and format of video uploads

I am currently trying to upload a intro video in Mp4 format to one of my templates which was originally around 20mb in size and is has now been compressed to 8mb but still wont upload. The upload process doesn't seem to complete.

  Hi,

  Yes, at the moment for Custom video we have the restriction to upload videos with a maximum size of 5MB. We will improve this aspect and will allow you to upload videos with bigger file size.

  What is the current custom video upload size?  I've uploaded a custom video (mp4) that is 615mb to the directory on the backend but can't find it in the media gallery.  Is there something I should know?

  Hello Chris,

  Video upload size depends on how you set the size on your server,  the limitation comes from your server.
