Brizy Contact Form- First field value REPEATED in all other fields

Dear Brizy Developers

While creating Contact Us form, the First field value is repeated in all the fields in the EMAIL notification- it happens both when the form is created from scratch or from template.

I also see that the same issue had been raised by another user around 5 months ago. And, no fix has been issued till this date.

Again, the Brizy developers are kindly requested to issue appropriate fix for this.

  Hi Maria

  The required update has not yet been released.

  But, for the time being, you can try this method-

  Edit page --> Edit with brizy --> Start building your page --> Layout --> Select "About Us" (Titled- Business & Financial Consultants) Layout --> Choose the second template "About Us" --> Import this Layout.

  The contact form in this layout/template works fine, at least for me.

  You can check the "Contact Us" field in the "About Us" page of my website biochemcalcs.com.
