Links to Terms, Privacy and FAQ in footer do not work using Link To

I have a Brizy Cloud Studio Account. Am I validated?

I've tried putting in "faq" (no quotes) and "/faq" (no quotes). Tried doing the same thing for Terms and Privacy too. Does not work.

  Hi,

  Are "Terms", "Privacy" and "FAQ" pages created in the same project? Could you send us the URL link of the page where we can check this inconvenience? How did you add the link? What links have these pages? The link you attach to the button should be identical with the permalink https://jmp.sh/qli1zWi. 
  A fast way to check if your account is validated is to go to Settings -> Code Injection. If you see this message there, this means that your account isn't validated. To validate the account you have to Click on the "Send validation link". After 1-2 minutes, on your email (which you created the Brizy account) will send a validation email. You have to open it and click on Validate account.
