can't sync blocks and layouts from WP to the cloud

Hello Brizy Team

I am a Brizy WP Pro user, I have installed the latest pro and free versions. (Pro 2.0.2 and Free 2.0.5)

I've tried syncing from cloud to WP, and it was successful.

However, when synchronizing from WP to the cloud, neither the block nor the layout are both synchronized to the cloud.

What do I need to do in order to sync successfully from WP to the cloud?

is there a minimum hosting requirement? I am currently using shared hosting
