    I am not seeing a private request within my account, clicking on request for login details within last update only takes me back to here.

    Shouldn't a private request show up within my activities section here vs forum?

    Yes, you are right. For some reason(I think technical) a private ticket was not created yesterday. I've fixed this now, so you should have received a notification. You will soon have a message from us.
