Problem registering a subdomain

HelloI'm trying to register a subdomain but I'm not getting it. I've done the documentation steps but it still wasn't possible. You have more than 10 days and the subdomain has not been registered successfully.

I use GoDaddy. Can someone help me please?

  Hi, Renan,

  I'm sorry but in Brizy Cloud isn't possible to register such types of domains. We recognize only second-level domains but in your case, it is the third-level domain https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/what-is-third-level-domain.
