    Hi,

I'm sorry but we don't recommend that 2 or more users work on the same page. It is a Brizy restriction and doesn't allow this because it can create some inconveniences on the pages. Just a simple example, 2 users works on the same page. The first user make some changes, the second user can't see what changes he made. The second user tries updates the page with his modification but the page may not be updated because in that time another user makes other changes and maybe an update. Here can happen some problems and inconvenience. Therefore we kindly don't recommend to work 2 or more users on the same page.

Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

    thanks for your answer.

I didn't mean working on the same page, but the same WEBSITE on different pages at the same time. When we this try we get interrupted by refreshes and notifications. even though we are not working on the same pages.

    Greetings

    Susanne

    Hi,

If on the pages you use Global blocks this problem can appear too. The work of the Global block is in such a way - all modification you made on the block from a page, will be reflected on all pages you have this block. Therefore, is the same situation as I related before.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello again,

so we deactivated all the global blocks on our pages but still get the error that we can not work on different pages at the same time on our WP Site. Is there any other reason for this problem to appear?

    Greetings

    Susanne

    Hi,

Could you please delete the site and browser cache? Also, could you please make sure you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (2.0.5) and Pro (2.0.2)?
If you still find this inconvenience, try to deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme. Here can be a problem from a plugin or the theme, therefore it is welcome to check them too.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    okay,

Brizy is at latest Version, we changed the theme to a default theme, we deactivated our global blocks, we emptied the cache and still get the same error.

unfortunately, we can not deactivate all other Plugins, since they are crucial for our website to function

    Hi,

Recently, we released new updates for Brizy Free (2.0.6) and Pro (2.0.3). Could you please update them, clean the browser cache, make sure that all user refreshes and deleted the cache too (much better will be is all users will also log-out and log-in again after updating the plugins)? We improved some functions and procedures and hope it will help you too.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
