Templates/Shortcodes no Longer Compatible with Twenty Seventeen?

Shortcodes being run through brizy templates do not work when running the default wordpress theme twenty seventeen. we have about 100 customers running this theme. Please advise. Will this be resolved in the next update?

  Hi,

  I tried to reproduce the problem you encounter but all worked fine. Here can be an incompatibility with the plugin that generates the shortcode and the theme. If this problem doesn't appear on the Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty theme, here can be a problem in the theme and we recommend to use one of these ones. They are similar.
