    Hi,

    I'm sorry but we can't reproduce the problem you encounter. Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free (2.0.5) and brizy Pro (2.0.2) version? Also, could you please try to delete the browser cache? Another solution we can provide is to disconnect the account and after this log-in again.

    Hello Tim,

    Natalia here!

    I've tested the SYNC option this morning, and everything is working fine at my end. I have Brizy FREE 2.0.5 and Brizy PRO 2.0.2; Astra theme, no other plugins.

    I will send this post to a private channel. I will need your wp credentials to test the SYNC option with my Cloud account.
