Brizy Pro Popups
I am a Lifetime Brizy Pro user for $299.
I have 2 problems with the Brizy Pro Popup.
1. When triggered by EXIT, the popup engages when you mouse up to the top (this is great and what we want and expect) but it also engages when you mouse to the right scroll bar (this is not normal) and it engages if you mouse to the bottom of the screen taskbar section (also not normal). How can the EXIT popup only engage when the visitor mouses to the TOP of the page to exit?
2. Because the EXIT popup did not work properly, I deleted it and made it a popup after 80% of the page was displayed. This works fine, however the problem now exists that when I go to the Brizy Plugin >> Popup, I can see the list of popups, and yes they do work as originally programmed by me BUT when I click to "Edit with Brizy" - Brizy cannot find any of my popups to edit?
Please help

Hi, Michael,
I checked both cases you show up to us and I prepared some answers.
1. We checked with the team the situation on the pop-up and we find that it is correctly working. If you set the pop-up to display "On page exit intent" when the visitor exit from the limit of the page this can be interpreted as an intension of exit. Exit doesn't mean only when the visitor clicks on the "X" but also when he wants to go to another page, windows etc. and all of these are intensions to exit from the page.
2 - I tried to reproduce but all worked fine. See here.
Thanks!

Hi,
Thank you for the video.
1 - Regarding the exit pop-up - thanks, I will inform our team regarding this and we will review the way is working the pop-up for exit page intent.
2 - Regarding the pop-up editor - could you please log-out from the WP dashboard, after this, clean the browser cache and log-in again? Check now if you can access the editor for the pop-up. If you still face this problem, please try to use another browser.
Thanks!

Good Morning Sandra
1 - Thank you for checking with your team on this.
2 - I logged out of the WP dashboard completely, cleaned the cookies, cache and history, logged back in and I still cannot 'Edit with Brizy' for any of my 3 exit popups. I keep getting the "Oops! That page cannot be found" - I tried your suggested method on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and the Brave Browser - and I get the same error page for each one.
I recently had HostGator web hosting tech support upgrade my PHP version to version 7.3.6 - so that should be current.
Please help. Is it possible for one of your tech people to log into my account and fix it?

Yes, we will create a private ticket on this request, but first, could you please check some basic checks that will not affect your site?
- Do you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.0.4 and PRO 2.0.4? (Today we release new updates for Brizy plugins)
- If you change the theme do you have the same problem?
- Do you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins? T
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0 -
I disabled all the external plugins and I was able to edit the plugins.
So one by one I activated these plugins, and found the conflict was with "URL Shortener by MyThemeShop" - when this plugin is activated, I cannot edit any popups. But when de-activated I can edit them.
Thank you
Now if your team can find a fix (or make it an option only) of the EXIT popup to not be triggered by the right-side scroll bar, we'll be all good to go.
Thank you for the excellent support.

Hi, Michael,
Thank you for checking this. Great to know that you found the inconvenience and all is working fine.
Yes, I already send a request to our team to investigate the behaviour with the Exit pop-up. Thanks!
Let me know if I can help you with something else!
