    Hi,

If you receive this error message this can means one of 2:
    - Your license is already expired;
    - You have to activate the license key.

We checked your account and found that your license is active and therefore we suggest checking if you have activated a license key to your site. If you don't see this https://jmp.sh/GDsMEXX on Brizy -> License, then I suggest activating one. see this video from minute 02:58 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRygWIdBtYI
If you have activated a license and you still can't activate the Brizy Pro, then I suggest to delete the Brizy Pro and upload it manually. Yes, after you delete it, some pages and templates can look weird but after you activate the new version of Brizy Pro all will come back and look fine.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

I have the same issue, and I reported that we will be migrating the website, your colleague confirmed there won't be an issue. However, today I upgraded both plugins and I get the same message Update Failed: No activation found for this installation. My license is good until next year.

When clicking to see my full license key, nothing pop-ups. Therefore, I am not able to uninstall the plugin if I don't have the license key. Could you please help me?

    Thanks in advance.

    Valentina

    Hi, Valentina,

Could you please check if you followed all the steps from this video (minute 02:58) to activate the license? Also, make sure that you opened the license and copied it fully https://jmp.sh/GYdJ7N4. Could you please check again?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

Try to log-out from Brizy account, clean the browser cache, log-in again in the Brizy account and try again to open the license.
Let us know if this helped you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello,

I'm still having the same issue trying to update Brizy Pro. While I was able to complete the 2.01 update a few days ago, by deleting the plugin and then installing it manually, it appears that now it needs updating again (same version). I'm not sure how this reverted back. Additionally, deleting the plugin has completely ruined my templates, which I had to rebuild from scratch, so I don't want to do the same thing again to try to resolve this issue.

Can you please let me know what it is I need to do in order to solve this permanently?

    Hi, Cheryl,

I can suggest activating the license key for the dashboard. Did you try to activate it? In this video (minute 02:58) you can see how to activate the license. Actually, deleting the Brizy Pro plugin and installing manually a new version don't affect the templates, pages or posts created with Brizy. Did you check the Display Conditions? Are they the same?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
