    Hi Alex,

    another problem concerning invoices:

    I bought the lifetime license a few days ago and now I'm wondering why you charge VAT (via paddle) since I bought from a company as a company (B2B) and provided my VAT number. In addition, the invoice must contain a reference to the reverse charge procedure, otherwise the invoice is not correct and cannot be given to the tax office.

    What can we do about that. I'm sure that I am not the first person to stumble upon that problem.

    Hi Lorena,

    all our payments are processed by a third party platform - Paddle. Also, invoices are issued by them. Please write to them directly at help@paddle.com so they can check your personal case. Also, please add alex@brizy.io in CC. Thank you.
