Wordpress don't recognise PRO version and licence

Hi,

I just bought brizzy PRO.

I followed all recommended steps and installed PRO version on Wordpress.

Now i have 2 problems: Although PRO Plugin is installed and activated, when I enter at Brizy zone on Wordpress, he don't recognise pro account.

Problem 2: when I try to copy licence and activate that's what happen:

What could I be doing wrong?

  Hi Monica,

  it seems to be something related to file permissions. Most likely the server owners have improperly set up permissions and you’re not allowed access to the resource. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them about this.
