Hi,

When I'm trying to edit the website, I can't change the wide of the columns.

Secondly, how do we update the plugin when it is white-labelled ? I can't find the way to update it.

  Hi,

  Could you please try to update the plugin and then try again to check the column's width. If you have activated the Brizy White-Label option, to update the Brizy plugin you have to add this /?brizy_enable_wl=true after the wp-admin/. Your link should look something like this: http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/?brizy_enable_wl=true. After this run this link. After this, in the Plugin list, you will see the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugins and you will be able to update them.
  Let us know if the problem with column width is fixed after the update.

  Hi Sandra,

  I made the update of the plugins and still have the issue. I can't change the wide, neither change the height of the top and bottom of a block.

  Thank you for these details. Here can be an incompatibility with a plugin or the theme because I couldn't reproduce it on my test site, see here. Could you please make some basic checks that will not affect your site?

  - If you change the theme with a WP default theme, do you have the same problem?

  - Do you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins?
