Preview issue in Chrome, but working correctly in Edge
Hi,
I have, as many others, created a page in Brizy Cloud and published, but when I checked preview, it´s showing message: "This page is not yet created. Please start designing your page by clicking the button below."
Note, this problems occurs in Chrome, but in Edge is working fine...
Chrome issue?
I´ve used preview mode, where first started in draft mode and swapped to update mode. Note, older projects, before introductions of "draft mode" are not affected. Preview there works fine in Chrome.
I´ve tried several things using Chrome:
1. Cleared cache, still same message appears...
2. I clicked the button update. Still same message appears...
3. I clicked publish button in the specific project. Still same message appears...
4. I manually copy link and paste. Page publishes fine in Edge, but not in Chrome...
It must be a bug fix for this malfunction of the preview button and (and copy link feature) in Chrome....

Hi,
Could you please Publish the page and right after this to Update the page? After you do this, please delete the browser cache and preview the page. Also, you send us the URL of the page that displays this error?

Hi,
I´ve done all those steps in Chrome without any success. Message still appears: "This page is not yet created. Please start designing your page by clicking the button below."But in Microsoft Edge, all steps with preview and even 'cut and paste' of URL are working fine, but not in Chrome.

Thank you for the URL. I checked it on the Chrome browser and all seems to work fine. See here. Could you please clean the browser cache?

The preview function for this project is now working properly. But I did nothing at all other than try again. So besides checking the URL, did you do anything else?

No, we didn't make something else on your project but these days we added some improvements into the Brizy Cloud and I suppose these improvements solved problems you face.
