I would like to actually talk with someone on the phone to ask questions, not do a back-and-forth for days on a discussion thread.

    Hi,

I'm sorry but we don't offer support on the phone, we offer support on this channel and also, on a private chat if we need some private details for checking the user's problem. We guarantee support in 24 hours but normally (when we don't release updates) we strive to offer it faster.
If we can help you with something, feel free to ask us and we will be happy to help you.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

A private chat would be fine. To be clear, this is more pre-sales consultation to ensure the solution will work for me, based on some requirements I have. I didn't see the private chat option. How do I get to a private chat?

Pro Elements and Premium Layouts. I'm currently just using the trail to evaluate the platform. Are those two features not available in the trial? I only see 41 layouts (premium says 150+) and I don't see Pro Elements listed anywhere.

    Thanks

    Hi,

In most of the cases, we offer support here and we create a private ticket if we found that the problem reported by a user is a specific issue and we need WP, Cpanel or FTP credentials.

Regarding the Pro elements and Premium Layouts - I'm sorry to say but we don't have the trial for Brizy Pro. Could you please where did you access the trial period? If you use the Brizy Free version, therefore, you can't access the Pro features. In the Pro version, we have 300+ Layouts & Blocks, where are included both pro layouts and pro blocks. Here you can find the difference between Brizy Free and Pro, and also what elements are Pro and what are Free. https://www.brizy.io/free-vs-pro/
Let me know if I can help you with something else.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Does Brizy Cloud support WooCommerce or is that only in the self-hosted model?

What am I really giving up if I choose Cloud vs Wordpress version? It looks like I can't integrate any analytics with Cloud, but that your team is working on that. However, I also don't have to worry about server configuration, installation, etc., which I'd rather not do.

Can you give me an unbiased opinion of the tradeoffs between Cloud vs Wordpress?

What does it cost to host my own domain names with Brizy? I already own the domains, I'd just need to point the CNAME to your servers.

Can I have specific logins for my clients that don't grant them access to my account, only their subdomain accounts if I choose the Studio option?

    Hi, Christopher,

I'm sorry but at the moment the Brizy Cloud doesn't support the e-commerce platforms. We are working on such type of integration and we will have it.

Brizy Cloud don't depend on WordPress or other CMS. It is standalone, more optimized, secured and easy to use. In WordPress, many WP options and a lot of plugins, they can create some incompatibilities and problems. In Brizy Cloud, you can lose the ability to integrate other plugins. Also, at the moment isn't possible to create a Blog and e-Commerce pages, but we are working on these options and we will have them.

If you already have the domain, you can use them for Brizy Cloud projects. You can host on Brizy Cloud 3 sites for one year if you have the Brizy Personal license, unlimited sites for one year if you have Brizy Studio license and unlimited sites for 2 years if you have Brizy WordPress Lifetime package. After this period (1 or 2 years) you will not have the hosting for sites published with Custom Domain and to continue having it, you have to renew the license.

You can create a sub-account where you will create the sites for a certain client. In that subaccount, you can invite your client with his email. To access this subaccount, your client should register in Brizy and in such a way create an account. After this, he could access the your subaccount.

Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
