I was trying to build a template for the Blog Posts page and configured the template with the Archive data and the post information and a featured image.  I had the template apply to posts by category and now 100% of the site is the template.

10 days of work just disappeared and every time I try to get a revision back I get a Cloudflare error.  On the plus side, the Dynamic Content worked, on the minus side, I was going to go live next week and there is little chance of that now.

 

Does anyone have any idea hoa a Template can be applied to all PAGES when it was only to be applied to Posts?  I am at a complete loss here.

  Hi,

  Could I ask you why do you want to create a template for all pages? It is possible to create a template for all pages and the process is the same as in the case for all posts https://jmp.sh/ch6GFnf. We don't recommend to create a template for all pages because in such a way all pages will have the same design and the entire content for pages you have to create into the WP editor.
