Email Connection

Hello,

 

I've been trying to configure the Brizy contact form for a while now and I can't figure out why it does not work with our company email, yet it works with my personal Gmail.

 

Can someone please assist me?

  Please, check the less secure app, it should be disabled: https://jumpshare.com/v/Jyd4HCvEbQqAlSi4B3Mb 
  Also, could you check if you have APP password? Use this in place of your password for your GMAIL credentials on your contact form. https://support.cloudways.com/configure-gmail-smtp/
