    Could you please make sure that you have the latest updates for Brizy Free (2.0.2) and Brizy Pro (2.0.1)? Also, could you check if you didn't add already a display condition for that block to show on the template you try to add https://jmp.sh/Sxmm3Jv?

    Hi Sandra,

    Yes, I'm on the latest update. 

    I added the global blocks once again on the post template (header and footer), and looked at the global conditions. I had never set the global conditions because this site was already done before the update. However, there were 3 global conditions set for random pages. I changed them to display on ALL POSTS and ALL PAGES and resaved. Tested the page, and they are still not showing up. I went back to the dashboard and clicked Edit with Brizy and the global header and footer were gone again.

    I really need to get this site fixed. It's been 7 hours since the last response and the post is still pending. There have been several people on the Facebook group that are having this same issue and no one is addressing it. If we could at least get a "we know about this issue and we are working on it" would be much better than feeling ignored. Thanks for your help.

    Yes, we know about this problem and our developers are working to fix it. We plan to release a new update where will be the fix for this issue. I'm sorry if this created some inconveniences.
    Chris, we offer support in 24 hours but normally we strive to offer it faster. These days we have a lot of tickets, posts and comments and we don't have the possibility to respond faster as usually but we strive to respect our promises and offer support in 24 hours.
