Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'BrizyPro_Main' not found in /home/customer
Hello,
I'm a novice when it comes to building WordPress sites. The site I'm writing to you about is the first one I've ever built. Please respond in simple layman's terms if possible.
Last night I logged into my WordPress account and tried to update to Brizy 2.0. I clicked to update the Brizy Pro plugin first then while attempting to update the other Brizy Plugin I was kicked out of WordPress.
When I tried to log in I received this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'BrizyPro_Main' not found in /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor.php:186 Stack trace: #0 /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): Brizy_Editor->resetPermalinks('') #1 /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-settings.php(540): do_action('init') #4 /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-config.php(78): require_once('/home/customer/...') #5 /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-load.php(37): require_once('/home/customer/...') #6 /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(34): require_once('/home/customer/...') #7 /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-admin/plugins.php(10): in /home/customer/www/wesnerf1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor.php on line 186
Now I can't even log into my WordPress account at all. When I go to my login screen the image I posted below shows up instead of the area to place my username and password.

Please inform me of the simplest way to access my WordPress account and rectify the issue with my Brizy 2.0 install. I'm hoping that my site still exists and hasn't been erased or corrupted. Let me know if I should create a private ticket for this request?
Anxiously waiting for your response! Hoping you can help me out the Brizy Way! Thank you

Hi,
Could you please delete the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugin and after this upload manually the current version of Brizy Free (2.0.2) and Brizy Pro (2.0.1)? We already fixed this problem in the new updates.
Thanks!Best regards,
Sandra0 -
For info please dont use Brizy Pro 2.0.1 , because its beta version. Dont use it for production website.
Use Brizy Pro 2.0.3 it should be solve the problem, and make sure to update start from Brizy free then Brizy pro0 -
Hi,
Yes, now we have the 2.0.6 version fro Brizy Free and the 2.0.3 version for Brizy Pro. We suggest having up-to-date both Brizy plugins to the newest versions.
Best regards,
Sandra0
