sendinblue plugin

Hey guys,

I'm using a brizy form and connect it to Sendinblue. The contact information getting sent to sendinblue, but
the response mail I'm awaiting for the answer isn't sent. I think that ther must be a way to configuer this. Using an original form from sendinblue I have to configure what should happen when a new person will input his information and pressing the form button.

 

Any suggestions?

  Hi,

  How is set the contact form? Where the visitor should add the answer to your question?
  Could you send a link where we can test this form?

  I can see that the subscriber was registered at sendinblue but the OPT_IN wasn't set.

  Maybe you'll check taht for me?

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have added in the form from Sendinblue (that you associate with Brizy Form) the checkbox field? I notice that in the form you use the Checkbox field to ask visitors if they agree with Licenses and Terms but did you set it in the SendinBlue? If you don't receive any data, this means that the visitor doesn't agree with Licenses and Terms. Just now, I completed the form too and I selected the checkbox, could you please check what lead did you received from sandra@them***.com?

  Hi Sandra,

   

  on my sendinform I have of course a checkbox for the double-optin and on the briszi form I set the mandantory flag for the term acceptance. 

  You're in my list but without the opt_in tag, so you shouldn't get any confirmation mail. Whem I'm using the orginal form from sendinblue everthing works fine.

  Sadly there is no sample on your site to geht a complete descrption.

  Maybe, I can gibe you some access right to my wp admin so ttah you can check the problem directly?
