Moving The Practice to Brizy

Hello,

 

We currently use The Practice Theme but have gotten the following Error.  Can you tell us how to resolve this and or move to Brizy:

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, The Practice Parent.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:

    Hi Jason,

    Unfortunately, the Themefuse themes are no longer supported and I can't help you with the error you had. It simply cannot be compatible with the latest version of WordPress or PHP. Switching to Brizy means re-creating the site using the new builder. As a Themefuse customer, you have Brizy PRO for 2 years, so we can add the license to your account so you can build your new site.

    Yes if you could give us the Brizy PRO  that would be great. Do I have to recreate all content or is there a way to import? Anything I need to do from my end to get the plugin?

    Hi Jason,

    sorry for not getting back to you sooner. 

    The Brizy PRO license has been added to your Brizy account with a license for 2 years. Here is a video that will help you get started with Brizy: https://youtu.be/BRygWIdBtYI

    Unfortunately, the Practice aspect has not been migrated to Brizy, so you will have to manually recreate the site. Or you can import one of the available layouts and create a new look for your site: https://www.brizy.io/layouts/
