Team Member can't access PRO features

Brizy Cloud:

I've created a subaccount and project on BrizyCloud for a client and added the client as a manager.  They are saying that they do not have access to the PRO elements in our project.

Is this normal?

If it's not, please submit this as a feature request.  I DO NOT want to have to ask my clients to pay for PRO just to edit their own site.

  Hi,

  Could you please make sure that the client entered in your subaccount? When a new user creates a Brizy account, it also has his own account where he can create projects and if he doesn't have the Pro version in his account he will not see the Pro features.
  If he entered in your subaccount and he doesn't see the Pro features, could I ask you what features he don't see? Have the client access to these features?

  When you say "entered in your subaccount", what does that mean?
  
  Does my client's free brizycloud dashboard look the same as mine when you add a team member?
  
  I assume he would just select "[Name of subaccount I made]" instead of "My Personal Projects", correct?

  Hi,

  Yes, the dashboard is looking in the same mode. Yes, he has to select the "Name of the subaccount you made" instead of "My personal projects". Could you please make sure regarding this?
  If this will not help him, could you please send us the email of Brizy account of the client? We will check this inconvenience with the team.
