    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (2.0.2) and Brizy Pro (2.0.1)? Just now, I check the CTRL+Z option in Brizy builder and all seems to work fine. I made a video to show this. See here. From the video isn't visible that I used the CTRL+Z but you can see that I didn't touch the Undo button.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

I do have those versions. I only updated once, so did not have intermediate versions - these are the ones that were giving me trouble.

I just tested it on another page on the same site.  It worked.

It was failing for me for a few days, I think, and certainly multiple times.  I use Ctrl-Z quite often and I kept having to go to the Undo button.

If the issue recurs, I will let you know.

    Best,

    Jack

I had the problem again.  The page is https://electriscan.websitesbykts.com/solar-installations/

I pasted in content and tried to undo with Ctrl-Z, could not.  The undo icon worked fine.

There were other instances of its not working as well.

I exited to the Dashboard, closed the browser tab, and then Edited in Brizy again. I pasted in some text.  Ctrl-Z did not work.  By trying Ctrl-Z a few times, I ended up disabling the undo icon (it grayed out).  I had to manually delete the pasted text.  I was able to replicate the entire sequence.

I inserted text element just now, realized I did not want it.  Was able to use Ctrl-Z to remove it.

    Hi Sandra,

I gave you all the details because there are still instances of Ctrl-Z not working.  The issue is not universal.

I think Brizy needs to look at when and why the Ctrl-Z is not working.  The fact that hitting it repeatedly did not remove the recently pasted text but disabled the Undo Icon seems pretty telling to me.

    Hi, Jack,

Ok, I'm sorry for my misunderstanding. We will investigate this inconvenience but I can't promise it will be soon because at the moment we are very busy and have other more important issues to resolve.
    Thanks for reporting this!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I am having the same issue. Undo works intermittently on the latest version of Brizy. I just pasted text, formatted it and deleted some, then pressed ctrl-z and nothing happens.

    Hi,

Did you have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.0.12 and Brizy Pro 2.0.6? Just know I checked the CTRL+Z and all worked fine. See here.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

It is still a problem. Using: 2.04  Pro and 2.07 Free, I accidentally deleted a character in the text portion of an icon box element.  Ctrl-Z did nothing. The undo tool worked.

I updated to 2.06 Pro and 2.13 Free and tested it on the same website (different page, but in a global footer, the same character).  Ctrl-Z had no effect on the deletion, but it did gray out the undo button.  I had to manually put the character back by typing.

The site is electriscan.com, the first page was Home, the second was About Us. In both cases, I deleted the 8 from the phone number in the bottom right corner.

    Hi, Jack,

I'm sorry but I couldn't reproduce the problem you reported. See here. Try to wait a bit more time or to delete the cache, or you can try to check external plugins, maybe one of them block this action.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I'm having this problem on a mac with command + Z. It just doesn't work and hasn't for a while. Any ideas?

    Hi,

I'm using iMac and unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. See here. Could you please check again?
If it isn't working on you, try using the Undo button from Brizy. Here you can find it.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
