Brizy Cloud servers unreliable - 500 Internal Server Error

Hi guys,

The Brizy Cloud servers gives frequently 500 server errors and therefore unreliable for productions sites (at this moment in time)

Plus, maybe a bug?  When you want to add a team-member to a particular account, this member has also access to our other accounts.  This must be fixed.  Or do we something wrong?

2 issues with high priority.

  Hi,

  Yes, we know about the problem with 500 server error on Brizy Cloud. Seems like Amazon was experiencing some DNS issues on some server clusters, that is possible affected some of our Brizy Cloud users. We receive a notification from Amazon where they said that all is fine now. I'm sorry for the created inconveniences. Could you please check now?

  Regarding the second problem -could you please indicate where did you invite a new team-member and an email of a new team-member that have access to all your accounts. We will check this.

  I will reapeat my question from above for your ease:   

  When you want to add a team-member to a particular account, this member has also access to our other accounts.  This must be fixed.  Or do we something wrong?

  We did a test with a mail-address of ours: ben.kasteelvanordingen@gmail.com.

  This mail-account must only see the project '2020-LotteJente' and not 'My Personal Projects'.

  The email-address can see both projects at this moment.

  Is this possible?

  Hi,

  Yes, at the moment if you invite a member into the "My Personal Projects", he will be able to see all projects from this subaccount. At the moment isn't possible to give access only to one project of the subaccount or with other words to invite a member, only in a project. If you want to make visible for a client/user/team member only one project, I suggest creating a new subaccount and there create that project. If the project is already in the "My Personal Projects" you can:
  - add all blocks of the site in the "Saved" blocks;
  - create a new subaccount;
  - create a new project;
  - create pages and add blocks from "Saved blocks";
  -invite client/user/team member into this new subaccount.
