How Do you Know What Font Is Being Used?
Hi there,
I know how to select a font and also change the font for the various theme settings etc however given that these can be forgotten over time how do you actually check to see which font is being used where?
Click on a body of text/title within the builder itself and selecting "T" tells you everything other than what font it actually is (i.e. height, spacing, weight & size).
If you click on one the appearance menu, once again, it tells you everything about the font other than what the font itself is - is there anyway of being able to check this other than by trial and error - I know it gives a visual of the font but the name is also needed.
Is there anyway to way to get the font name?
Cheers

Hi, Andrew,
To see what font is used for a specific text element, you have to click on that text and go to Typography option ("T" option). Here on the left side, you see the list with fonts. You have to scroll down and find that one that is marked with blue. That font is used for that text element. See here.
Thanks!

Thanks Sandra, all sorted.
Not sure where I add suggestions or "nice to have's" but would it be possible to add the suggestion for this enhanced in the future with a dedicated line for it to the right. It's fine if your font library is small and scrolling through isn't an issue but as soon as you start introducing a large number of a font's it can be a little tricky to locate.
Or, perhaps make the one being used highlighted in a different colour than the blue which is the default hover colour so it stands out a lot clearer when scrolling through the list.
Thanks
Andrew

Hi, Andrew,
If you don't want to see in the list of the fonts, those that you don't use, you can delete them and let only those fonts that you are using. See here how you can do it.

Thanks Sandara,
I guess that is one scenario (i.e. stip it back and use a limited number of fonts) but the other scenario is for those that want to try a range of different fonts to see how the style/design looks and therefore would add more to fonts.
The easy fix would be to make the currently selected font stand out more in the list (larger/different colour etc) rather than have it highlighted the same colour as the hover colour.
Anyway, just a suggestion and an easy fix.
Cheers
