Shadow on Drop-down menu

Hi. How can I get a show on the dropdown menu?  Am I missing something or is it CSS?  If it is CSS, do you please have the code.

  Hi,

  You have to open the dropdown menu and click on a sub-menu item. After this select, the "Colors" option and from there go to "Shadow". From there you can select the colour and the settings for the shadow. https://jmp.sh/TmGq4ku
