Hi there,

I am a newbie with Brizy but know my way around WP etc having come from Elementor for the last couple of years.  This seems like such a basic question but for some reason, I can't work out how to upload my client's company logo.

I am using the Blocksy Theme.  I have managed to upload the Favicon etc and from previous experience with other builders, you typically upload the site logo via the Theme's customisation panel.

Other than Blocksy's header/footer builder, where else do I need to look to be able to do this.  I am wanting to use Brizy's Header & Footer builder (rather than the themes) and I can see where in the Brizy header builder you switch to select the site logo option, however, I just get a black image placeholder box.

Where is Brizy pulling the site logo from?

  Hi,

  Did you set the logo in the WP settings? https://jmp.sh/fijvRgR If you set it, you have to add the Image element in the Brizy page and select the "Site Logo" from Dynamic tags. See here.

  Thanks, so it's driven off the Theme.  I am using Blocksy and for some reason, they don't have a site logo option (they have a favicon option but no site logo) under the customisation features/site identity.

  Just out of interest, which theme is being used in the demo video you provided?

  Hi,

  I use the Twenty Nineteen theme but this is the WP option, therefore I suppose it should be available regardless the theme you use. Try to enter in Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity. Here you will find the option to add the Site logo.

  Several themes I use don't have this option for "Site Logo". What do I do then?

  Hi A G,

  Please check for the logo option in the Header part of the customizer if you are using a theme that has a header builder. You don't have to include your logo in your theme before using it in Brizy. You can also add your logo directly as an image in Brizy. Watch the video below for more details. https://jmp.sh/JZ06OE4
