Support has disappeard and community posts have to be allowed by you manually????

    Hi,

    Yes, at the moment, almost all tickets are discussed here in the community and all posts and comments are approved by the Community team before making them public. We decided so because some of our users published here their personal data and for the wish to protect them. If the problem mentioned by the user is a bit delicate and we need the credentials or some other personal information, we can create a private ticket and move the discussion with that user in a private chat. Also, I want to make you sure that we approve almost all posts and comments with some little exception (spam, messages with personal data).
